Using guest posting to effectively build links

One of the biggest challenges for webmasters is finding high quality links at a low or even no cost. Finding high quality link backs for free is possible, but requires you to put in a good amount of effort. It’s easy to find a bunch of low quality backlinks in a short amount of time, but building those relevant backlinks on high authority pages is something that takes a little elbow grease. Guest blog posting is one of my favorite ways to obtain the most relevant links for no cost at all. If you don’t want to put in the effort yourself, you might want to hire someone willing to put in the work such as McKremie SEO Company in United States.

Finding blogs to guest post on is pretty easy to do. Simply do a Google search that looks something like this ‘guest post technology”. This will start to pull up technology blogs that allow guest posting. Another common method to finding blogs to guest post on is looking at backlinks your competitors have. Ziffen has a great tool that allows you to input a competitors URL and get a list of blogs that link to that website sorted by the website’s authority.

Now for the hard part: actually writing the guest post. Many people outsource the work of content writing to foreign workers in India who learned English as a second language. This should not be your first choice for a few reasons. The first reason is that the blog you wish to submit your guest post to will often times reject such posts. I speak from experience, I myself allow free guest posts and am constantly rejecting low quality content written by people who have a poor grasp on the English language. Another reason to submit quality content to the blog is Google can detect low quality content with its algorithms. High quality, well written content is going to rank better than grammatically poor content. As a result the link juice that particular page gives to the websites it links to will be much lower.

Guest posting is the type of link building you get out what you put in. If you submit high quality and interesting content, the link juice that page will pass will be higher. The blog post on their site will get link backs from other website’s and increase the value of the link even more. Submitting low quality content if not rejected by the blog owner will be detected by Google’s algorithm and not pass on as much link juice as it should.
